Product Description
We are representing a professiona tesionless dryer manufacturer, whose factory has been setup more than 40 years.
And they are only specilized in fabric dryer area.
The products can be designed for all kinds of knit fabric, including velvet, carpet, chenilla and some special fabrics.
BTH Single Layer Fabric Dryer Machine is used for drying loose fabrics with all kinds of materials for one layer.
-The machine is equipped with devices of fabdc feeding and swinging, serf-tightening of net, and position adjusting.
- Fabric-leading roll is acid and albali-preaf on the surface.
- Machine surface treatment is resistant to high temperature.
- Heavy duty heat exchanger and circulating fan.

Aften adjusting the feeding advice, the fabric can passed between the upper blower and lower net shaped converyers, and beater by the forced hot air jet. Thus fabric is treated without applying tension to either its length or width.
2, Pre-shrinking process
Hot air provides a dynamic pulsing effect on the fabric. This causes the fabric to travel in a sinusoidal wave patern which releases tension in the fibre to realige preshrinkage.
3, Nozzle System
The upper and lower rows of nozzle are offset to each other so that the fabric travels in a tension-free wave patern to release stress in the fibre.The results in excellent shirnkage in both the longitudinal and transverse directions of the fabric.
4, Giving the best play to thermal energy
Heating radiating desing of high power, the best mechanical properties, strong wind-force, perfect nozzle system.All these constitute the excellentness of BTH drier.
5, Wind pipe design of the strongest wind force
Highly efficient fan equipped with the wind pipe of the strongest wind force makes the fabric move forward in wave form without tension, thus moving the fabrics tension and ensuring natural effect and soft hank felling of fabric after drying.
