Product Description
Desizing + Scouring One Bath Enzyme GR-M111-3
GR-M111-3 is a green biological enzyme complexed by alkaline pectinase, amylase, cellulase, xylanase, lipase and other varieties enzymes. It is suitable for cotton, linen and blended fabrics and yarns pretreatment process, can efficiently replace traditional desizing, scouring process, remove partial pulp, pectin impurities and other symbionts on cotton, linen and other fiber fabrics. Fibers processed by GR-M111-3, can keep fiber strength, small weightlessness, fabric hand feeling be soft and thick with high resilience.

- Desizing and scouring bath in one process, reduce process time, improve production efficiency;
- No damage to fibers, no influence on fiber strength, decrease fabric weightlessness;

- Improve dyeing property, improve levelness, enhance color yield, reduce defect ratio;
- Low energy cost and water cost, reduce TDS, COD, BOD index in waste water, reduce environment pollution;
- Can be used for hemp/viscose blends, cotton/wool blended fabrics scouring, which can avoid fiber be damaged, and reach ideal pretreatment effects.

Packaging
Standard packaging: 30kg/drum.Storage
Suggest to store in 0-25°C airtight container, keep dry and avoid direct sunlight. Product has been disposed optimum stability. Exceed storage or poor conditions all will result in increasing dosage.
Safety
Nonflammable, can be soluble in water, safe and reliable when using. Do not contact with enzymes directly in operation, if direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately.
