Product Description
11112 is a complex of hydrogen peroxide activator and surfactants.
It can activate the hydrogen peroxide under low alkali condition and achieve same scouring and bleaching effect as that in traditional high temperature process.
It can be applied in the high temperature (98~110ºC) and low alkali scouring and bleaching process for yarns and fabrics of cotton and cotton blends, etc.
At the same time of achieving desired whiteness and capillary effect, it can control the pH value of scouring and bleaching raffinate close to neutral, which reduces follow-up washing times and remits the neutralization process.

High temperature and low-alkaline scouring and bleaching process for cotton knitted fabrics:
Hydrogen Peroxide Activator 11112: 1~1.5% (o.w.f)
99% Caustic soda: 0.5~1% (o.w.f) (about 1/10 of hydrogen peroxide)
27.5% Hydrogen peroxide: 5~10 % (o.w.f)
Chelating and dispersing agent: 0~1% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:6~1:10, heat by 2~3ºC/ minute, 98ºC×30 minutes or 110ºC×15 minutes
Drain → Deoxidizing → Dyeing
Note:
11112 has a certain activation effect of hydrogen peroxide.
Do not dissolve it together with hydrogen peroxide.
