Performance and characteristics
1. It has excellent permeability, emulsifying property and dispersibility. For dense fabric, it can penetrate i
nto the inside of the fabric and effectively remove the chemical slurry of acrylic and polyester under the action
of alkali.
2. Excellent dispersing performance for acrylic pulp. In the desizing process, it can effectively prevent the
agglomeration of the slurry, especially to avoid the agglomeration of the slurry when it encounters acid.
3. Applicable to continuous desizing process, which can improve work efficiency and reduce production cost.


Scope of application
It is suitable for the desizing process of polyester fiber, nylon and other chemical fiber fabrics, especially for
the continuous desizing process of polyester and nylon fabrics.


Instructions
1. Continuous desizing process: (grooving formula)
CY-122: 3-5g/L
Liquid alkali (30%): 20-30g/L
Chelating dispersant
CY-122: 2-4g/L
Working fluid temperature: above 90-95 ° C, washing temperature above 85 ° C, vehicle speed 30-100
m / min. The dosage, speed, and groove setting process should be adjusted according to the fabric, slurry
conditions, processing requirements, etc.
2. Intermittent desizing process:
CY-122: 1-3g/L
Liquid alkali (30%): 2-3g/L
Chelating dispersant TF-133B: 0.5g/L
Temperature: 95-98 ° C, time: 30-40 min.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.


Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
